Position Summary
The Partner Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth and enhance Kudelski Security's market presence in the US. This role involves collaborating with technology partners to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity solutions, ensuring mutual success and satisfaction.

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of Kudelski Security’s relationship with assigned technology vendors.
• Manage partner program requirements, marketing, sales enablement, strategic mapping, pipeline reviews, conflict resolution, and margin enhancement.
• Maintain regular meetings with technology vendors to present Kudelski Security’s go-to-market approach.
• Drive technology sales pipeline with regional sales leaders and create joint go-to-market plans.
• Identify and develop Kudelski Security services opportunities with assigned technology vendors.
• Build business plans and go-to-market strategies to accelerate revenue growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand existing technology partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams to develop sales enablement material.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors.
• Work closely with the legal team to review and finalize partnership agreements.

Requirements / Profile

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Partner Account Manager or similar role in IT/Cybersecurity services or technology companies.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in IT/Cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals with technology partners/vendors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen.
• Flexibility to travel to meet technology vendors in the US.

Compensation:

At Kudelski Security, we believe in providing fair and competitive compensation that reflects both market benchmarks and internal equity, considering individual experience and expectations.

For this role, the compensation range is $150k-180k OTE (On-Target Earnings), which includes both base salary and commissions.
