Position Summary
Kudelski Security is seeking a driven, high-impact Regional Sales Manager to launch and own the Colorado territory. As our first CO hire, you'll have full autonomy to build and expand the region, backed by a powerhouse team of leadership, solution architects, BDRs, and SMEs.
In this role, you’ll engage Cybersecurity, Risk, and IT leaders, delivering white-glove, holistic solutions that address modern security challenges. With unique multi-practice professional services, plus a best-in-class technology partner portfolio, you'll have everything needed to elevate your clients' security strategies—and drive success.

At Kudelski Security, we believe in providing fair and competitive compensation that reflects both market benchmarks and internal equity, considering individual experience and expectations.
For this role, the compensation range is ~ $300k OTE (On-Target Earnings), which includes both base salary and commissions.
