Mission
Nagra USA, a part of the Kudelski Group, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Systems Analyst with a strong focus on Finance within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This role is critical to our ERP team, ensuring the optimal performance and continuous improvement of our financial processes within D365 F&O. You will be the bridge between our finance users and technical teams, driving efficiency and effectiveness in our financial operations.
Responsibilities
- User Support & Issue Resolution: Provide direct functional support to finance users on D365 F&O, troubleshooting issues, resolving bugs, and ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with finance business users to understand their needs, gather detailed functional requirements for new enhancements or processes, and translate them into clear, comprehensive functional design documents.
- System Configuration & Testing: Participate in the configuration of D365 F&O finance modules to meet business requirements. Assist in developing test cases and performing functional testing to ensure solutions are robust and meet user expectations.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with both business stakeholders (finance teams) and ERP developers to ensure accurate understanding of requirements and effective implementation of solutions. Facilitate communication and understanding between technical and non-technical teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within the finance modules of D365 F&O.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Assist in developing user training materials and conducting training sessions as needed to ensure effective adoption of new functionalities.
- Reporting & Analysis: Support BI teams for data analysis and reporting needs.
Requirements / Profile
- 3-5+ years of experience as an ERP Functional Analyst or similar role, with a strong emphasis on finance modules.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), specifically within core finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Project Accounting, Inventory accounting, etc.).
- Solid understanding of core financial accounting principles and processes.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements effectively.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving functional ERP issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and international environment.
