Join our Cloud Operations Team to develop, deliver, and validate next-generation solutions for DTV products. You will ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of cloud-based services through automated system validation, performance testing, and end-to-end demonstrations. As a key member of the team, you will provide direct support to customers and internal teams, responding promptly to operational issues and technical inquiries.

Responsabilités
I guess you are wondering… what will I be doing?
- Define, implement, and execute automated test scenarios for cloud infrastructure and applications, focusing on performance and end-to-end (E2E) validation.
- Review and challenge solution architecture and user stories for testability and quality assurance.
- Set up, maintain, and enhance automated test environments and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, AWS Code Pipeline)
- Analyse test results, support development teams in troubleshooting failures, and propose improvements.
- Define metrics, collect data, and improve service monitoring to detect problems before they’re visible to customers.
- Optimize and tune systems to ensure reliably and highly availability in a 24/7 production environment.
- Provide direct support to customers and regional services teams, including customer-specific tests/integration and technical guidance.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer issues, providing Hotline support and rapid response to incidents in a 24/7 environment.
- Manage and resolve support tickets, ensuring adherence to internal SLAs for response and resolution times.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across cloud infrastructure, collaborating with engineering and product teams to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers via multiple channels (phone, email, meetings), ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction throughout the support process.
- Monitor system health and proactively detect problems before they impact customers, leveraging observability tools and automated alerts.
- Document incidents, solutions, and best practices to improve team knowledge and customer experience.
- Participate in regular on-call 24/7 rotations, ensuring continuous coverage and operational readiness for all customer-facing services.
Exigences / profil
What is the background we would love to find?
- 1-3 years’ experience as System Validation Engineer, Cloud Ops Engineer or similar.
- Strong knowledge of AWS Public Cloud, containers (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS), and networking.
- Experience in test automation (Python/Java/Groovy/Shell scripting), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab), and cloud deployment tools (Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm).
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems, cloud security, and monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Experience with various database technologies including SQL (like Oracle) and NoSQL databases (Cassandra, Mongo…), virtualization, and remote administration.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Ready API.
- Good working knowledge of continuous integration/delivery processes (DevOps).
- Familiar with logging and monitoring tools such as ELK, Prometheus or Grafana.
- Experience with various database technologies including SQL (like Oracle) and NoSQL databases (Cassandra, Mongo…).
