Mission
Position Purpose:
Conducting investigations and support litigation against cyber criminals, in the intellectual property field and media piracy more specifically.
Liaising with engineers and forensic experts, in-house and outside legal counsels, in-house investigators, and in some cases law enforcement authorities and NAGRA customers on an international scale.
Delivering state-of-the-art intelligence and investigation reports, primarily in the English language.
Assist in market development and product design in relation to activities in the content anti-piracy and cyber security domains.

You will have a unique opportunity to be involved in the anti-piracy undertakings of NAGRA Anti-Piracy Services – Litigation / Investigations & Intelligence “The Practice”.
Specific duties shall include at a minimum:
- Conduct open source intelligence research, investigations and providing analysis support.
- Conduct covert purchase operations.
- Prepare state-of-the-art investigation or intelligence reports, primarily in English.
- Collect forensic evidence and ensure chain-of-custody to support litigation against cyber criminals and content pirates.
- Provide support in developing new tools and techniques to ease the intelligence and investigation work, as well as to enhance the intelligence portal product.
- Support business projects at both pre-sales and delivery phases (delivering investigation and anti-piracy services; presenting outcome of investigations to clients)
- Collaborate and assist in-house and outside legal counsels.
- Maintain synergies with other Kudelski Group entities

- Experience & Background
- Experience and interest in open source investigative duties, intelligence collection and analysis (OSINT).
- A solid understanding of technologies involved in media piracy and cyber security.
- Familiar with the intelligence and investigation tools used in anti-piracy and cyber security (e.g., DomainTools, Analyst Notebook, PowerBi, JIRA).
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to develop healthy working relationships through effective listening, communication and the building of trust.
- Team player who has the ability to develop strong relationships among a multinational and dynamic environment and be perceived as a creative problem solver who adds value to the company’s business.
- High sense of ethics and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently, communicate clearly and accept responsibility for the quality of your work.
- Hands-on and delivery oriented.
- Well organized and energetic, a self-starter who thinks analytically, and is able to proactively solve problems, and show a passion for your work.
- Ability to work transversally and manage several projects, in conjunction with sales and operational forces, technical professionals and in-house/outside legal counsels.
- Experience and/or interest in criminal and civil litigation.
- Passion and professionalism: Passionate about the success of the NAGRAVISION initiative. Strong attention to detail and commitment to professionalism.
- A Masters degree in forensic sciences, IT Security, or similar is a plus.
- Languages
- Excellent report drafting skills in English.
- Strong fluency in French and English. Other languages is a plus.
