Regional Sales Specialist

Position Overview
The Regional Sales Specialist will support a Regional Sales Manager within an already active and established territory. This role focuses on nurturing long-standing client relationships while identifying and developing new opportunities within an engaged customer base. It blends business development, account management, and regional sales responsibilities to strengthen client engagement and drive growth.
The Specialist will work with Cybersecurity, Risk, and IT leaders to understand their challenges and introduce Kudelski’s broad portfolio of professional services and managed offerings. They will help progress opportunities throughout the sales cycle by providing consistent support and close collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure clients receive a white-glove experience. Through proactive follow-up and relationship development, the Specialist contributes directly to sustained territory expansion and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
· Support the Regional Sales Manager by strengthening existing client relationships and uncovering incremental opportunities.
· Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting, targeted campaigns, and effective use of sales tools.
· Manage inbound leads by educating prospects, qualifying needs, and progressing opportunities.
· Build and maintain relationships with IT, cybersecurity, and executive leaders to understand their priorities and challenges.
· Contribute to account planning, territory strategy, and ongoing client engagement to ensure a strong customer experience.
· Keep CRM records updated with accurate notes, interactions, and opportunity details for forecasting.
· Collaborate with internal teams including practice leaders, MSS leadership, solution architects, and channel partners to align solutions with client needs.
· Coordinate meetings, demos, workshops, and follow-up actions to maintain sales momentum.
· Assist in preparing proposal components, research, and account insights to support deal closure.
· Maintain an organized pipeline, ensure thorough qualification and documentation, and support regional sales campaigns and events.
Your Key Qualities and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
· At least 2 years in IT, cybersecurity, business development, inside sales, or account support.
· Proficient with sales prospecting tools, outreach methods, and lead-qualification practices.
· Skilled at identifying stakeholders, assessing needs, and aligning business objectives with cybersecurity solutions.
· Strong communicator able to convey value and outcomes to both technical and executive audiences.
· Self-motivated, organized, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced environments.
· Collaborative, strategic problem-solver who can drive momentum and support account executives.
