The Position

As a financial business partner and advisor within the Kudelski Group, Group FP&A and Analytics assists the core business, its subsidiaries, as well as group functions, to manage their business performance and to improve efficiency and drive growth for their operations. The development of our team members is strongly supported within Group FP&A and Analytics and the Kudelski Group.  

Responsibilities

As a Finance Analyst, reporting to the Senior Director Finance for the Kudelski Security division of the company and based in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne, Switzerland, your role and key responsibilities as business partner will be:

• Work with key leadership (cost center owners, Directors, VPs) to assess and impact business cases for new & existing products & services
• Report actuals and plan future business performance with a view on the full P&L as well as profitability by product, project and customer and operational KPIs
• Ensure data quality and transparency
• Contribute to the short, medium, & long-term planning process and represent Group FP&A and Analytics in business unit performance and strategy reviews
• Integrate with the Group FP&A and Analytics team to generate the management monthly reporting package, provide insight on deviations, and suggest ideas for improvement
• Build and develop strong relationships and maintain communication channels to divisional, functional and/or regional management to proactively drive fact-based business decisions
• High exposure to executive management, as well as the ability to influence key business decisions

This job requires:

• University degree in Finance with an internship experience in Finance or a CFC level with relevant experience in the area of financial planning (or management consulting field) in an international context;
• High level of curiosity and ease in working in a complex, international and rapidly evolving environment, eexperience in the software/technology industry a plus, but not expected;
• Strong analytical skills and excellent business acumen;
• Good team-player attitude and ease in building business relationships with strong negotiation and influencing skills, as well as adaptability to different cultures;
• Advanced Excel skills, a good understanding of Hyperion, Microsoft Dynamics and PowerBI is an advantage;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
