We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support lead generation and conversion across multiple business units within a B2B software environment. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to take ownership of end-to-end digital marketing campaigns while also contributing to event-related marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, paid media, web)
- Drive lead generation and conversion through targeted campaigns and funnel optimization
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support multiple business units with tailored marketing strategies
- Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other marketing platforms
- Support content creation including landing pages, email campaigns, and social media assets (e.g., using Canva)
Lead Generation, Nurturing & Conversion Optimization
- Implement strategies to improve lead quality, nurturing, and conversion rates
- Own lead tracking processes across campaigns and ensure proper attribution and reporting within HubSpot, working closely with HubSpot admin.
- Develop and execute lead nurturing workflows (email sequences, retargeting, follow-ups)
- Monitor KPIs such as CPL, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- A/B test campaigns and continuously optimize performance
Event Marketing, ROI & Lead Follow-Up
- Support digital communications for events (webinars, trade shows, conferences), including email campaigns, landing pages, and promotional assets
- Manage attendee journeys from registration through post-event follow-up
- Track, segment, and manage event-generated leads within HubSpot
- Execute timely and effective post-event follow-up and nurturing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with sales and business teams to ensure proper lead handoff and follow-up
- Measure and report on event performance, including lead quality, pipeline generation, conversion rates, and ROI
- Continuously optimize event-related activities based on performance insights and data
Requirements / Profile
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related field within a B2B environment (preferably software)
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools, particularly HubSpot (CRM, email marketing, automation) , Canva, and other digital marketing tools.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (paid ads, email, SEO, social media)
- Experience with lead management, tracking, and attribution
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different business units
- Fluency in English (French or Spanish are a plus)
Nice to Have
- Exposure to event marketing, particularly digital promotion and post-event lead nurturing
- Experience in B2B software or SaaS marketing environments
- Familiarity with additional analytics or reporting tools
