Mission
Your Mission
We are looking for a Channel Partnerships and Marketing Coordinator who enjoys working in a high-paced environment to help us run regional marketing activities and continue to buildout our brand awareness in the DACH region (Germany, Austria & Switzerland).
Your mission will be to plan and execute marketing programs, campaigns, and events in the region. You will play a significant part in driving lead generation activities and pipeline for the region to support sales revenue and booking targets. You will be a key member of the EMEA marketing organization.
Working with the Director of EMEA Marketing & Alliances, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing programs in the DACH region to promote key products, solutions, services and partner technology offerings. You will work closely with the regional sales teams to ensure programs successfully meet the desired goals. Critical success factors for the role include working with sales, technology partners and other departments to define plans, set goals and objectives as well as measuring program ROI and KPIs.

Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities will be to:
- Plan, manage and execute all operational and logistical activities related to Kudelski Security marketing programs, physical and virtual events & sponsorships activities in the region, such as industry symposiums, thought leadership events, executive summits, trade shows and conferences, sales meetings, roundtables, customer events, webinars.
- Work cross functionally with regional sales team on marketing programs including event planning, venue booking, and logistics while ensuring each event is successful and aligns to our brand.
- Manage regional marketing online & offline lead generation campaigns.
- Develop and implement regional digital marketing initiatives including ad campaigns, website co-marketing, social media and joint webcasts (from preparation to execution including content creation & design).
- Adapt global digital marketing activities and social media messaging to the region.
- Develop strong relationships with the assigned key technology partners in the region, acting as the primary strategic marketing liaison to developing marketing strategies, lead generation activities, and innovative program ideas. Regularly review technology partner opportunity pipeline.
- Deliver regular, detailed reporting of marketing campaigns with emphasis in ROI and improvement analysis
- Maintain and recommend updates on Kudelski Security corporate collaterals to nurture lead generation campaigns in the region.
- Manage special projects assigned by the management.
This role involves
- Working with sales team to track leads and opportunities and report on progress associated with campaigns and events in their respective territories.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing to manage and maintain marketing program calendar to support pipeline targets.
- Interacting with the global marketing team to create and update marketing collaterals and campaigns (brochure, datasheets, publications and digital campaigns)
- Building and maintaining close working relationships with services leaders & sales team members to get them onboard on regional marketing programs.
- Building and maintaining close and strong marketing relationships with key technology partners in the region.
- Marketing content writing in German.
Your aim is to play an active role in helping Kudelski Security strengthen its brand awareness in the region and drive lead generation activities and sales pipeline.
Position located either in Zürich or in Cheseaux.
Requirements / Profile
You are
- Dynamic, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- At ease with elaborating, planning, and executing multi-touch marketing campaigns.
- A team player to drive successful cross-functional marketing activities in sync with different teams and with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to handle and prioritize parallel tasks with multiple interfaces.
- Willing to travel to events and tradeshows
- Fluent in both English and German.
You have
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, communications or event management
- A Bachelor or a master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing and Communications or equivalent.
- Proven success in developing and executing regionals marketing plans that address various buying cycle stages and personas.
- Experience across different marketing disciplines and demand generation tactics: events, lead generation campaigns, social media, digital advertising.
- Experience in working with technology vendors to build and execute successful marketing campaigns and programs.
- Strong project, marketing and event management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools (Hubspot).
- Working knowledge of google ads, LinkedIn ads.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat In-Design).
- The ability to work effectively on own initiative and within a virtual team environment.
These would be a plus:
- French, any other languages are an asset.
- Experience working with PR agencies.
