Mission
We are looking for a strong cybersecurity presales manager who enjoys working in a high-paced environment to help us strengthen our Swiss business, and help , from Zürich, the new countries we are pioneering.
Your mission will be to promote technical and commercial excellence in presales activities and to create, present and defend commercial proposals for our customers. You will play a key role in helping us meet our client’s cybersecurity challenges with strong Kudelski Security offerings.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Deliver professional, high quality commercial proposals to our sales team.
- Manage RFP bids, coordinate input from multiple groups and build our tender responses.
- Assess customer requirements/objectives and work with our Business Lines to identify our technical and business value propositions to meet the customer’s needs.
- Pitch and demonstrate our technical solutions to potential customers, including execution of proof-of-value exercises along with our vendor partners.
- Continuously improve documents and templates, leveraging the lessons learned during the management of big deals.
- Understand clients underlying business problems, priorities and how our cybersecurity services can support them.
This role involves:
- Obtaining and maintaining a breadth of technical knowledge in cybersecurity, including our own products and services portfolio.
- Working in close collaboration with team members from the Sales, Service Delivery, Legal and SalesOps teams.
- Building up and maintaining close working relationships with engineers, project managers, sales and sales operations so you can quickly deliver offers that address the client’s needs.
- Technical writing.
- Being committed to finding, and offering professionally, solutions to key client’s problems.
Your aim is to play an active role in helping Kudelski Security find the best possible services for our clients so that, ultimately, the Kudelski Security business overachieves on its results and make our customer’s lives more secure.
Requirements / Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT and/or cybersecurity field.
- A hands-on project management experience.
- Track record of proven success in customer facing experiences.
- Good technical knowledge of security and/or IT solutions (network, application, endpoint).
- Good understanding of sales lifecycle process.
- Very strong experience in building documents in MS Word.
- Strong experience in technical writing in English and German.
- Ability and willingness to learn: on the job, from formal training, from mistakes.
- Autonomy in delivering and ability to act as a pivotal part of a group.
Languages:
- Fluent English and native level German required.
This would be a plus:
- Experience in some of these areas: Endpoint Detection and Response, SIEM, Cloud Security, OT Security, Managed Services, Application Security.
- Certification in any of the following: CISSP, CISA, CISM.
- Any other European language/Arabic.
