Product Manager

Location : Phoenix, United States

Mission

As a part of the Product team, the product manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our cybersecurity products, services, tools, and projects related to Microsoft Security. You will identify market opportunities, write business cases, document market requirements, and serve as the “voice of the customer” in collaboration with other business units, representing Kudelski Security’s offering both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Kudelski Security’s Microsoft related offering and cyber-security business topics
• Follow Microsoft Security’s Products roadmap and be our Microsoft Intelligent Security Association point of contact
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Coordinators, Engineering Leads, Architects, and other roles across the company to define and refine products and services requirements and roadmaps
• Identify market opportunities via client interaction and research
• Manage the offering life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
• Work with the Product Team and executives to define business objectives and priorities for the portfolio and the roadmap
• Define and manage the solution roadmap by building consensus across executives, engineering leaders, architects, and the Product Team
• Meet with customers, sales teams, business partners, and other industry sources to identify functional requirements, evangelize the value proposition, and communicate the product roadmap and vision

Requirements / Profile

• Collaborative, calm, precise, and factual
• Strong communication, negotiation, and inter-personal skills to navigate complex environments
• Expertise in the MSSP/MDR and cyber-security market
• Expertise in Microsoft’s Security Products
• Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking 
• Strong accountability and project management skills
• Experience in all things Microsoft Security related, including Microsoft 365 Defender & Azure Sentinel
• Preferred

• Master of Business Administration

• Understanding and experience with Agile Product development practices
• 3+ years’ experience in product management
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Computer Science) or related field equivalent experience.
