Mission
The financial analyst will be a business partner and advisor within the Kudelski Group FP&A and Analytics team assisting the core business, its subsidiaries, and Group functions to manage their business performance, improve efficiency, and drive growth for their operations. The development of our team members is strongly supported within Group FP&A and Analytics and the Kudelski Group.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key leadership to assess and impact business cases for new and existing products and services
- Report actuals and plan future business performance with a view on the full P&L, as well as profitability by product, project, customer and operational KPIs
- Ensure data quality and transparency
- Contribute to the short, medium, and long-term planning process and represent Group FP&A and Analytics in business unit performance and strategy reviews
- Integrate with the Group FP&A and Analytics team to generate the management monthly reporting package, provide insight on deviations, and suggest ideas for improvement
- Build and develop strong relationships and maintain communication channels to divisional, functional and/or regional management to proactively drive fact-based business decisions
Requirements / Profile
- One to five years of relevant experience in financial planning or management consulting in an international context
- High level of curiosity, open-mindedness, flexibility, and ease in working in a complex, international, and rapidly evolving environment
- Strong analytical skills and excellent business acumen to provide pragmatic solutions to complex issues.
- Service-oriented mindset and team-player attitude with ease in building business relationships; strong negotiation, influencing skills, and adaptability to different cultures
- Advanced Excel skills; understanding of Hyperion, Microsoft Dynamics, and PowerBI is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience advising executive management to influence key business decisions
- MBA or similar professional qualifications a plus
- Experience in the software/technology industry a plus
