Your Mission
The Offensive Security Operations coordinator is responsible for overseeing the delivery of a range of offensive cybersecurity services to our clients, including penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability assessment. You will work closely with the practice manager, engineers and our presales team to understand the specific operational needs and address them.

Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities will be to:
- Coordinate the delivery of offensive cybersecurity services to our clients, working closely with the practice manager and the team to ensure successful project execution
- Maintain and keep up to date project tracking metrics
- Plan the activities in close collaboration with the team and our clients
- Ensure a timely delivery of our services
- Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with industry best practices and standards
- Monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects, providing regular updates to the practice manager and senior management
- Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team during the presales process, as needed

Requirements / Profile

You have
- An experience in the field of project coordination and resources planning
- An experience working in a team environment, with a strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
- The habit to deal with very demanding customers and multiple stakeholders (PMO, Sales, presales, engineers)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Spanish mother tongue and very good knowledge in English (B2-C1), French an asset
These would be a plus:
- An experience in an IT service provider or as technical project coordinator
- Strong interest for the cybersecurity, trend and opportunities
- Good knowledge of common project management platform (Resource Guru, Trello...), ERP or CRM
