Location: Bangalore Position Summary:
Are you an accomplished Business Development Manager who has experience building a territory and acquiring a net-new business, as well as growing existing clients? Do you have the spirit of an entrepreneur and get excited about starting your own business from the ground up? Kudelski IoT Security is growing and adding a Business Development Manager to target new logos and develop existing key global accounts for our Cybersecurity services (Lab) and systems (KeySTREAM) and Solutions (RecovR GPS) offerings across India and Asia Pacific Responsibilities
Role Responsibilities
• Extraordinary Business Development manager to define and execute a growth and sales strategy for the territory.
• Consistent delivery of service, support, and license revenue targets upon deadlines.
• Run full sales cycle from prospecting net new to negotiating terms and pricing, to closing
qualified opportunities in your territory.
• Build named account relationships, account planning, and opportunity management.
• Track and measure and update activities within your prospects and existing clients in CRM
and broadcast updates to the team.
• Work with clients to develop marketing programs, press releases and other co-marketing
efforts.
• Recruit, manage, and develop channel partnerships for labs services including channel
partner management, forecasting review, and co-selling.
• Develop new product ideas, packages, and solutions that can be sold into existing and net
new clients. Requirements / Profile
Ideal Candidate Qualities and Skills
• You have 9+ years of direct and / or channel large account software & services selling experience in the information security space or related experience.
• You have a consistent track record as a sales leader including over-achievement of sales revenue goals, accurate pipeline and forecasting management, excellent account
management skills, and a strong desire to ensure customer success
• You are a proven individual contributor and self-starter able to build your own territory with the help of your technical team
• Influential and credible with C-level executives (CIO, CSO, CISO, CTO) to form and raise the importance of Cybersecurity on their agenda
• Effective negotiator including procurement, licensing, and professional services contracts.
• Experience explaining the value of security threat assessments, architecture reviews and code audits.
• Understanding of software and hardware security, including the means available to evaluate security controls.
• Good level of knowledge of the Semi-conductor industry and the relevant advanced services for this specific vertical (e.g., laser fault injections and side-channel attacks).
Experience in
ASIC / Analog IC Design, Physical IC implementation, IC Verification, Failure Analysis.
• You thrive in a dynamic, scaling, fast-paced environment
• Live in your CRM and engage with team win mentality
• Able to work independently and remotely with other members of your team and corporate
• Technical degree and or recognized security industry qualifications with related experience.
• Travel up to 50% of time domestically and internationally
• IoT Experience with GPS devices a plus
