Job Title: Sales Director, Semiconductor Secure IP

Location: North America or Europe (remote / 50% travel)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Director of Semiconductor Secure IP Sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically selling secure IP technology. Kudelski IoT has set industry standards in semiconductor security, and we are looking for someone who can contribute to our growth and success by leveraging their knowledge and connections in this field.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to target semiconductor companies and expand our client base. Identify opportunities and build relationships with potential customers.
• Technical Expertise: Understand semiconductor security, chip-level security, and the intricacies of secure IP technology. Be able to communicate these complex concepts effectively to clients.
• Book of Business: Bring a substantial existing book of business within the semiconductor industry and expand it by prospecting new clients.
• Program and Product Management: Lead and manage projects related to the implementation of secure IP solutions, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a large team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Contract Negotiation:** Negotiate multi-million-dollar deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform the development of our sales strategies.

Requirements / Profile

• Proven track record with 10+ years previous experience in the semiconductor industry, semiconductor security experience, specifically security IP a plus.
• Proven experience in semiconductor sales, with a deep understanding of semiconductor secure IP technology.
• Extensive network of contacts within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong program and product management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Leadership experience in managing large teams.
• Proven track record of successfully closing multi-million-dollar deals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet challenging sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related experience.
