Your Mission
Within the engineering organization of growing business in the Kudelski Security, as a ServiceNow Expert in our Madrid office, you will be a key member of EMEA software engineering team in charge of building and running the solutions powering our Managed Detection & Response (MDR) service, but also the service desk and internal tools set.
As a Managed Detection and Response (MDR) provider, we rely on the Cyber Fusion Centers (CFCs) to provide services aiming to help our customers to monitor and respond to their security threats 24x7.
Based in our Madrid office, you will be one of the key liaisons between our Swiss headquarters and Spanish operations, easing seamless international collaboration. Your role will be instrumental in implementing, managing, and optimizing our ServiceNow platform. By leveraging your deep technical expertise and understanding of business processes, you will drive productivity and efficiency across the organization. You will serve as a bridge between our engineering team and business units, ensuring that the full capabilities of ServiceNow are harnessed to meet our evolving business needs. As a service management leader, you will be responsible for training and mentoring team members, nurturing a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Your ultimate goal is to maintain the ServiceNow platform as a strategic operational asset, particularly in terms of case management, to sustain our company's global success.
